I finally made a crayon roll that I have been wanting got do for awhile now. It didn't turn out way good but hey its my first so maybe the nest one will be better. Trae thinks its great it is finally done so that is all that matters.
So my Trae really likes to dance. He also has a new show he really likes "Yo Gabba Gabba" it is kind of a dorky show but he really likes it cause they sing and dance. We are very limited on what we can watch since we don't have TV we just watch shows on the internet. Well Gabba Gabba has about 4 episodes that are there. One we watch over and over. So here is Trae's rendition of a dance they do on it.
Matt also has a rendition that is on my camera but he said he would be SUPER MAD if I posted it so if any of you really want to see it then just let him know. He reads all the comments!! Love you Babe!!
The other day I was making dinner and it turned really quiet cause Kira was eating and Trae was just at the atble coloring. (I thought) So I look around the corner and this is what I find. He said he needed some cause he was going to the pool. He had it everywhere. He wasn't going to get sun burned at all. Even his clothes were protected.
So as all of you probably know we were in a hurricane yesterday. Fun times! It didn't get bad until later in the afternoon but when it hit the wind was super strong and rain was coming down sideways. The eye if the hurricane was about an hour away from us but we still felt it pretty good. This morning when I woke up I look don the Internet and everyone from Wesleco south had major flooding we only had a little flooding in our dining room area but our streets weren't flooded at all. And the most amazing thing we had power all day and Internet. They did say 150,000 people in Mcallen did not have power so I have no idea how we were so lucky. I don't know what my kids would have done.
This is outside our front window the tree stayed rooted but was bent all day. Trae just kept saying that it is raining so BAD and we are in a hurricane. But its only a little scary out there. When you walked out the door the wind was so strong. I was amazed and I didn't even go out when it was super bad. Matt had to run to get sand bags from our Bishops house when it was pretty bad him and the boys were wet from head to toe.
It is a multi colored piggy bank. A Trae original. He was very proud of the job he did he showed everyone who came over to the house.
Testing it out right when he got home. He has a hard time pedalling I like his legs are not quite strong enough or he just hasn't gotten the hang of it yet. Either way he loves it and you get a workout helping him ride.So My dear Trae will not nap in his room which is fine cause I can still vacuum and do the things that I need to do it is just hard when Miss Thing wakes up before him. She really enjoys waking him up and giving him kisses. Trae is like his Mom he really doesn't enjoy being woken up. So hes not to thrilled about the love that is being shown. But Kira on the other hand thinks she is really funny. My dear Kira who is so spunky I don't know what I am going to do with her.
I finally got Kira's skirt done. I still need to trim it but we had to try it on her. It is so fun.
She wasn't quite sure about the material at first but now its ok.
I am late posting these pics but last Friday was Cow Appreciation Day at Chick Fil A. (Our favorite place to go) So you had to dress up like a cow and you would get a free meal. I thought Trae would have fun with this so we did it! I made black spots then just taped them to us. Trae got a hat and some black spots when we went for story time there so he was set.
They have the best play area. Kira loves to climb on the big toys but Trae not so much.

He fell asleep in like point 2 he was so tired. He was coloring on this paper then he put it over his head and was asleep. 
The other day was dressing himself with a little help from Matt but he missed with his arms and he seriously thought it was the funniest thing ever. He was laughing so hard and just running around shakinghim bum and dancing. It was hilarious.
My Kira has found a new talent. Climbing! Yes it is so much fun. So now if I want to hurry and do my dishes I have to make sure she is not around cause it takes so much longer with her standing on the dishwasher. But she gets very excited when she gets up here and starts emptying the dishes or if she finds something she likes and starts using it. Funny busy girl!
We go to story time every Saturday at Barnes and Noble Trae loves it! They always get to do a craft that goes along with the story. Last week it was about a hamster going to Hollywood so they made glasses and Trae has been wearing them all around! Fun times!
Well we have been trying to decide what we were going to be doing this fall and Pinnacle said they wanted us out there. So with long thought we said ok. I have had such mixed feeling cause I have really loved Buena Vista and I wasn't sure I was ready to leave. But we feel good about going to Idaho and are excited to be close to family! We will be there first of Oct. Fun times to come!!
This is Kira's new face she pulls when she wants a kiss. She goes around grunting with her lips puckered. So funny. But Trae informed me that he likes giving Kira kisses so its ok. When Matt is leaving for work she follows him around just grunting it is hilarious. Pucker up if you want a kiss
Aunt Alyssa has brain washed Trae to thinking that the Yankees are the best. So she got him a jersey made the has Jeters' number on it. Trae thinks it is pretty cool. the other day we got him some pants and socks so he is set. he wears them all over the house.

Kira had to try the jersey on cause for a while Trae wouldn't try it on he kept saying it was too big and get upset so we put it on Kira and after that he was ok.
My dear sweet Kira J has figured out how to climb so nothing is safe. I put her bowl of peas on the table and she climbed on the leg of the chair and tipped it over spilling all over the floor but she just sat there content eating her peas. What am I going to do with this girl? Love her!!
My awesome husband surprised me Tuesday night with Chris Brown concert tickets!!! (5th row on the floor) Amazing! I was all smiles all day. The ladies at playgroup weren't super excited but I couldn't wait. We went to dinner at Texas Roadhouse before. So good. I seriously can't remember the last time we went to a restaurant without the kids it was so fun to just sit and talk and not have to entertain the kids.
Then we were off to the concert. When we got there all we saw was little girls just screaming that they were so excited and we thought to our self wow we are old. But it didn't stop us. The concert was so good. Amazing dancing. You all need to go to his concert we have already looked to see where he is playing next. I wish I would have brought my camera in but I didn't want to carry my purse so no pictures. Sorry.
