Our WeeKEnD tRiP

So many places in such a short time. We decided to follow the SVU guys to their games this weekend to Baltimore and Philly. Here is what we did:

* Went to the Maryland Bible game. Trae was so tired he fell asleep during the second half which never happens. But he did get to give the guys high five before and after the game. SVU won!

*Went to eat with the team after the game and Trae just went around to their table asking what so you want?

*Stayed in a Hotel in Delaware with the team! Trae loves it!

*Went to see the Liberty Bell and walk around to see the sites a bit. (Mom loves it but no one else did) It was freezing for the kids!

* Ate at a coffee shop that was delicious! Sat around the counter on bar stools, it was way cheap, very fun.

*Went to the game at Williamson Trade. Trae got to give high five again! SVU won!

*Went and ate a Philly cheese steak sandwich. The best I have ever had!

*Then drove home with 2 tired kids who were glad to be home in their beds! And 2 parents who were exhausted themselves!

Needless to say we had a great time!

Can you believe it! It has snowed 3-4 inches and its just 1:00. We woke up and it was dumping snow I pretty sure that is why I moved here to VA cause it's not suppose to snow like this. I feel like I am in Idaho again. But Trae thought it was great!

My dear Trae

The other day the kids and I were playing. I left the room for a sec I came back to a crying Kira. I asked Trae what was wrong with her and he says, "I hit you baby." So we go to time out I calm her down then go and get Trae and explain to him (again) that we don't hit Kira because its not nice. He then says, "OK mom. She's my friend" Cause we talk about being nice to our friends. I thought it was the cutest thing, "She's my friend" and they truly are the best of friends he just sometimes get frustrated I think. I just hope even when he gets older he still considers her "his friend"

Sticker Fun!!!

Trae loves doing stickers. He finds my scrapbook paper and will make pictures all day every day. But he also found that stickers stick to other things as well. So he gave Kira and I some heart stickers and told us where they went.

He thought we all looked "Cool!" as were his words!

A Bottle!!!

Well we did it! Kira has taken a bottle everyday for the last few days! What a happy day for mom! That means a little more freedom for me! and maybe even a real date night for Matt and I! I was surprised that she took it so well since she won't even take a binkie but she is a champ at the bottle!

Fun Times in Utah!

We were able to play with Grammy, Yaya, and Dusty the second week of our trip!

Fun times in Utah! We also got to go see the Utah Flash play but I forgot my camera! Trae loved that and grammy and yaya were able to see how much Trae enjoys bball games.
