Considering that Kira didn't feel the best she had patience with her mom today.

Cheering for Trae! She is either cheering for him or yelling to get attention.

Here are a few of Trae in our attempt to get some good ones. Oh! I forgot to add that my camera batteries were going dead so I had to keep turning my camera on and off and I wasn't about to go to the store and get batteries cause I knew if I did that it would all be over. So we made do.

Winnie the Pooh needed his picture taken as well. When we pulled up there was a tree with kind of a hole near the trunk and he kept telling me it was rabbits house.

Spring Time Photos

Today was the first nice day in a while so I needed to take advantage of it since I have not taken the kids' pictures in forever. They didn't turn out at all. Kira is teething and has a runny nose and just doesn't feel good and Trae was a good sport but too much was going on. But we make do with what we have!

Trae would not stand by Kira at all to get pictures taken. He will take them by himself but not with her.

I must not be a good picture taker cause Kira would not smile for me! Or maybe it was because she doesn't feel good today.

Trae loves going to watch Uncle Greg play ball. Saturday the other team didn't show up so Greg was a good sport and let us come and he played with Trae for a bit out on the field. He showed Trae how to slide into home plate but Trae wasn't so sure about it since his hands and pants got dirty! But Trae still tells everyone that he plays baseball.

New Spring Outfits

I was so excited to be ready for church early that I could take a few pictures of the kids.
But they had a different idea. Miss Kira just wanted to crawl everywhere.
My dear Trae would not put his bread and drink down. So I chose not to fight this one.
This week hopefully we will be doing some pictures if it will stop raining!

Fun Day at the Park

We went to the park with Zara and Nicky on Saturday. Trae taught her some good things that I'm sure Nicky appreciates. Like climbing on the tables. But they had fun dancing and just walking around holding hands and picking flowers.

BASEBALL

GO KNIGHTS!!!

We love going to support our SVU Knights especially when the weather is nice. I like to watch the game but Trae's highlight is playing baseball with Jackson! Jackson is the best sport to play with Trae who isn't the best when it comes to baseball but he is learning! I think Jackson will put up with pitching to Trae cause I normally am out there as well playing. But we have fun we will miss the Turleys' this summer!

SiDeWaLk ChAlK

Yesterday was so nice I think we were outside for at least 3 hours. We broke out the sidewalk chalk and Trae thought it was great as well as Kira she would start giggling as she would crawl over what Trae and I just wrote! funny girl. My hopscotch was a hit.

So my dear son yesterday fell down about 7 cement stairs in our backyard. I was taking the trash and looked back at him and thought he was bending down to pick up the football that we had been throwing but apparently he was rolling down the stairs. Poor guy! Later that day I told him it was warm enough to go on a walk and he was pumped was running up and down the sidewalk just having a ball out side. His face was scratched a little it just looks rosy red.

8 MoNtHs!!!

My sweet Kira J. is 8 months on Wednesday. I can't believe it. It has come way to fast. She is crawling everywhere, climbing up the stairs and onto Trae's chair, she pulls herself up anywhere she can, and is even pushing things and walking behind them (one thing I am not ready for), she loves veggies and fruit of course. She is just growing so fast and is so much fun. Kira loves to play with Trae and get him going they both will just look at each other and start laughing. We love our Kira J.
