I am 30!!!

On March 14th I turned the big 30!!! I have to say I love my birthday just as much as I did when I was a little girl. I am pretty sure I will my whole life cause its just your special day!!! Matt always tries his hardest to make it a good day. And he did he arranged dinner in Soda and got me a cake, and invited some family to even come and celebrate with us! He also after me waking him up at 4 am got up with Dax. (but he did have to take 3 naps just to function the whole day) So I got to sleep in until 8 but really 9 with the time change.

My favorite thing was Trae! He told me for my birthday he was going to give my big BiRtHDaY hugs all day and he did. Every time he would walk by he would give me a hug and say that is a birthday hug for you!!!

Also since my mom couldn't be here she sent me 30 rhyming texts through out the day!! So clever.

Hair Do's

Trae has really enjoyed doing his own hair these days. He cam out the other day and was like "Look Mom Nephi hair!" Love this kid

Moving

Yes we are moving again but it is a great thing. We are buying a house in Pocatello. We are so excited there is a ton more room and a park as Kira says in the back yard that is fenced. They kids keep asking if we can pack but then everytime I use a box they ask to save them 1 at least. I need to get going on the packing but we move on Wednesday the 31st. Hip Hip HORRAY for us!!!

Disney on Ice

Last minute of course I found tickets to Disney on Ice. And I think I was as excited as they were. I called Matt and told him to stay in Utah cause teh kids and I were coming if he wanted to join us. So he got there right in time and we all enjoyed the show.
Trae's favorite was Cars cause they didn't dress up it was real cars driving on the ice. But he also loved Lion King and Mermaid.
Kira J loved Tinkerbell (said in a southern accent), and thought it was so cool that Timon and Puba were there with Lion King. She lasted all but the last 10 minutes.
They both thought it was a double bonus that Mickey and a few friends were there with him.
All in all it was a great night and they kids had a ball. Dax of course was great as well. He just chilled and napped.

A day in the lives of my Kids

The imagination of these two never seems to surprise me. They are always having to make a tent so they can read their books or just play and chat. I love that they are best friends.

I don't know if any of you know this but wearing your underwear on your head is the newest fashion statement. Yes dress up is a daily occurance at my house and you never know what you are going to get.

My Dax

Just discovering his toes can go into his mouth. And they are now there all the time!! Isn't he the cutest thing ever? It's so fun to see him growing and doing new things but it makes me sad that he is getting older.

He finally loves his bath. It has been a long time coming but I knew when the day would come Dax would love to be in the tub just like his siblings. He has the highest pitch scream when he is happy and that is all he does while kicking and splashing (which the kids don't think is fair) but he is so fun to watch.

Rolling over

My Dax has not just laid in one spot for a long time. Even before he started rolling over he could manuever his body to move all around. But now that he is rolling its even worse. But it is fun to see him learning new things and his siblings helping him do things.

Fun Kids

Seriously what would I do without my kids? They are hilarious and sweet at the same time. Kira is the best helper when it comes to Dax. I think it is just a girl thing just those motherly instincts.

Kira loves to have Dax sit on the chair so she can sing tom him or read stories.

He is just so happy all the time.

My dear Trae takes after his Dad with wanting to make people laugh. And that he does for my daily. There is not a day that goes by that he hasn't put on some random clothes or just saying something funny. This is his latest.

And Miss Kira loves to do her hair and wear headbands like mom. Wow she is a natural.

My all time favorite actress is Audrey Hepburn. Love her she is classy, gorgeous, and jsut a great lady. I cam across this quote of hers and love it.

ISU Boys Trip

My dear husband is such a die hard ISU fan that he decided that he needed to go to the last games that were in Portland and Eastern Washington. But he didn't even invite me he decided he was going to take Trae. Trae was pumped he didn't want the girls to come but he did think Dax should of gone (maybe next year). They were suppose to leave on Thursday but he was sick so they left Friday. First they went to Portland, then flew to Eastern Washington. The whole trip Trae wanted to go look for the players. They are very good to him and will give him high fives every time they see him.


He was just so tired that he couldn't walk so he rode on the luggage cart in his seat

Amorrow and Sherrod were doing homework so Trae thought he needed to get his school work out and do some. He follows them every where and what they do.
The big hight light was the last flight back to Boise Trae sat by Mike. Mike even played with Trae with his Leapster. Mike is Kira's favorite player she will not let anyone hold her except him and when Mike is around other people she will come up to him and say "MY Mike" and he will always pick her up. We have had a great time with these guys and are sad the season is over.
